Sex pains and how to treat them

Question: "My partner and I have been having sex on a regular basis (2-4x a week with at least one orgasm for both each other each time) and found thast he is able to hit my g-spot and make me squirt a lot of fluid. We like to change the degree of strength behind the thrusts and we always use at least 3-4 positions before our orgasms come on. Lately I have noticed a gas-like pain from my belly button to my pubic bone. Is this because of the squirting (which doesn't happen every time), the thrusts (which never bothered me before), or could this be something else?" By Pamela

Well there could be a number of reasons for the pain. It might be from the sex or it might be from something else. I am not a professional doctor and even if I were I still had to consult you face to face. All I can give you is good sense advice.

Go see a good doctor. And I really mean a good doctor. Even if it costs a little more and you have to wait more to get in it is worth the money and time. I’ve seen so many people go thru horrible pains and suffering because they were cheapskates and went to a cheap and without knowledge doctor. It’s even more tragic when you go too late.

Always, and I mean always double check what the doctor said. Do some research. Thank God for the internet because it is the biggest research too there is. Don’t take everything the doctor says for granted. Sometimes doctors exaggerate so that their bill can be exaggerated too. Once I had to visit a series of doctors and everyone wanted to do more and more operations on me. One even tried to sell me a cosmetic operation in the package. Finally I got to the sage doctor at the top of the mountain that knew it all and he said it was a minor operation and he recommended me one of his students from my town. He did only the consultation and pointed me in the right direction. And I must tell you I never had that problem after the intervention and it has been 10 year now. So don’t get all rolled up in the hype. Do your own research if you have the time.

Also if it is sex related you could try using sexual positions that lead to shallow thrusts. Try not stimulating your G-spot. Check every variable and see/feel what happens. Take it one step at a time. Don’t go for the squirting orgasms for a while. Analyze the pain. Is it gone. Is it less or is it more intense. Use shallower thrusts for a while. Analyze the results. If the pain is still there even thou you are not going full out during sex you should go see a doctor fast.

Also, try doing some fitness exercises that exert your pelvic area. If it hurts then there is a chance the pain might not be sex related. Sex is a kind of pleasurable physical exercise and your body gets to do some fitness. If you don’t workout regularly then you would feel that pain only during sex. Again go see a doctor.

Please don’t use painkillers because they just hide the effects of something that must be treated. Pain is mother natures warning signal that something is wrong and you should check it out and fix it. Don’t block out the symptom without curing the cause. Again I can’t stress enough how important it is to go see a doctor if the pain reappears constantly. A good doctor I mean.

I hope you will get rid of that pain fast and go back to enjoying a healthy and fabulous sex life like you deserve.
