My husband and I both have genital piercings. We have had different arrangements of our jewelry. As we find better combinations of locations and types of jewelry to be used, we rearrange, take out, and do more piercings, according to the desired results.
I currently wear a clit hood barbell, a horseshoe in my Triangle, and a captive bead ring in one side of my inner labia. My husband currently has two scrotum piercings with barbell jewelry. I think this is an urban legend. In addition to there being so many renditions to the story, I don’t know what he could have had been wearing as jewelry to cause such damage. Barbwire? People will stick all kinds of things into their orifices, some safer than others. Use common sense. My husband’s captive bead has come loose during intercourse and we didn’t even know it, we had to look for the ball afterwards.
If you don’t wear jewelry, I think the feeling can best be explained as similar to the difference between light thrusting and hard fast thrusting. So to is the difference between no jewelry and jewelry. Jewelry is just another option, like a different position.
