I’ve been wanting to talk about this subject for a very long time. We all know that to be loved, and to truly love somebody is a wonderful thing indeed, but I’ve been meaning to talk about something that has been bugging me ever since I was a little kid.
Everyone has fallen in love at least once in their lifetime whether it was kid’s love, or a more deep and complex feeling, we all experienced it at least once.
In today’s fast growing society, were everyone is busy making more and more money for their families, we never seem to have enough time to talk to each other about this wonderful feeling called love. It’s even worse for the children who learn about love and sex from sopeoperas and internet porn.
I want to make on thing clear, as clear as glacial lakes. You cannot truly love somebody if they don’t love you. If someone does not show any type of emotional affection in you, then you can’t possibly love them. This isn’t love, it’s obsession and I for one believe it to be a hideous emotion, one that generates hate, crime, revenge, and a series of other stupid crimes nowadays, like stalking. I’m sick of hearing anyone talk about their unilateral love or one sided love. That’s not loving, that’s just stupidity and a waste of precious time. By definition love is a mutual feeling shared by two people. It exists and feeds off of reciprocal affection. One sided love is just a prank played on the lonely.
